Update - Holiday Gift Bag Sponsorship 2021

Kris Meaney of Groton went above and beyond in helping MALTA recently. When Kris learned of MALTA’s desire to supply people camping and in area shelters with gift bags this Christmas, she shared the need primarily with co-members of the Shennecossett Women’s Golf Association (SWGA) and a few family members and friends. The result: in just two weeks, Kris collected $650 that purchased the remaining 20 gift bags that MALTA needed to reach our goal. Kris’ secret…she just shared the need, and people responded!
