May Monthly Roundtable

This months, roundtable featured, John Paul Valenzuela from Carelon Behavioral Health where he is a Care Coordinator in their Integrated Family Care and Support services, offering follow up care to families after their case has been closed with DCF.

At our June Roundtable we will be welcoming Carol Jones, Harm Reduction Champion from Alliance for Living as our featured speaker. There are 19 partnering agencies, organization to municipalities in the round table, currently, with an average attendance of 12 people per month. The roundtables me every second Wednesday of the month.
