THERE IS JOY IN THE GARDEN!

Hi friends,

Sometimes we can get so busy doing the work in our gardens that we forget to enjoy them! We are often (and rightly so) tending to the garden of our hearts, partnering with God on getting rid of the weeds, we can begin to forget that He wants us to have FUN and ENJOY the garden WITH HIM. There is so much need in the world around us so much hurt that sometimes if we are not careful we will forget the JOY of our salvation. I just want to encourage you all to ENJOY HIM. When we can pause on how wonderful He is we become more aware of His goodness. He truly just wants us. He wants our hearts in fellowship with Him. I challenge you to go out with Him this week, maybe for a walk or to the store. Make a special trip somewhere just you and Him and ENJOY Him. Talk to Him. Laugh with Him. Have fun with Him. I promise you it will be richly rewarding, and joy will begin to overflow from that place of connection.

Grace and Peace,

Tori

"The LORD will surely comfort Zion and will look with compassion on all her ruins; he will make her deserts like Eden, her wastelands like the garden of the LORD. Joy and gladness will be found in her, thanksgiving and the sound of singing."

Isaiah 51:33

"My beloved spoke and said to me, 'Arise, my darling, my beautiful one, come with me. See! The winter is past; the rains are over and gone. Flowers appear on the earth; the season of singing has come, the cooing of doves is heard in our land.'"

Song of Songs 2:10-12
